Refund and Warranty Policy

At PantryHaus, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products. This Refund & Warranty Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns (Change of Mind or Unused Products)

1.1 Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

1.2 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling may be refused or subject to partial refund.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Items modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

2. Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, contact info@pantryhaus.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2.2 Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

2.3 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

2.4 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

2.5 All returned items are subject to inspection before approval of any refund or exchange.


3. Refunds

3.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3.2 Refund processing times vary by payment provider but are typically completed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

3.3 PantryHaus reserves the right to deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.


4. Warranty Coverage Overview

PantryHaus provides product-specific limited warranties that cover manufacturing defects only.

All warranties:

  • Apply to the original purchaser only
  • Are non-transferable
  • Apply to normal household use only
  • Do not cover misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or commercial use

6. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage or discoloration
  • Improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Overheating or misuse
  • Improper voltage or electrical supply
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use

7. Warranty Claims Process

7.1 To submit a warranty claim, contact info@pantryhaus.com and provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product model and serial number (if applicable)
  • Description and photos of the issue

7.2 PantryHaus will evaluate the claim and determine, at its discretion, whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the applicable warranty.


8. Shipping Responsibility for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Exception:
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within 30 days of delivery, PantryHaus may, at its discretion, cover return shipping or arrange a replacement.

Warranty coverage applies to the product itself and does not include shipping costs, unless required by law.


9. Limitation of Remedies

Repair or replacement of the product is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. PantryHaus shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
