Bahama Mama Slush

Ingredients

Classic tropical cocktail, FrostHaus-optimized

2–3 Servings

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup coconut rum
  • 2 tbsp dark rum
  • 2 tbsp grenadine

4–6 Servings

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1½ cups orange juice
  • ½ cup coconut rum
  • ¼ cup dark rum
  • ¼ cup grenadine

6–8 Servings

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2¼ cups orange juice
  • ¾ cup coconut rum
  • ⅓ cup dark rum
  • ⅓ cup grenadine

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir until fully combined.
  2. Pour mixture into the FrostHaus vessel (do not exceed MAX fill line).
  3. Select Spiked Slush preset.
  4. Allow unit to run until optimal texture is reached and LED displays “End.”
  5. Serve immediately.

Temperature Progress

Once frozen drink reaches optimal temperature, unit will beep and LED display will show “End.”

Tip

For a slightly thicker, resort-style slush, increase temperature level one step after the first freeze cycle and allow an additional 10 minutes.
