Watermelon Mint Cooler Slush

Ingredients

2–3 Servings

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon juice (strained)
  • ½ cup limeade
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar syrup
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves (lightly muddled)

4–6 Servings

  • 4 cups watermelon juice
  • 1 cup limeade
  • ¼ cup cane sugar syrup
  • 12–15 mint leaves

6–8 Servings

  • 6 cups watermelon juice
  • 1½ cups limeade
  • ⅓ cup cane sugar syrup
  • 18–20 mint leaves

Directions

  1. Lightly muddle mint leaves in a pitcher.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well until fully combined.
  3. Pour mixture into FrostHaus vessel.
  4. Select Slush preset for non-alcoholic version.
  5. Allow unit to freeze until LED displays “End.”
  6. Serve immediately.

Optional Spiked Version

  • Add 1–1½ oz vodka or white rum per serving
  • Use Spiked Slush preset
  • Do not exceed alcohol guidelines

Tip

For best results, chill liquid before adding to the unit and strain watermelon thoroughly to avoid pulp buildup.
